No hidden agenda in my question. Interested in the subject and IF a positive correlation, how do we as military, LEO or trained civilians work to mitigate for that?
David - I'm not sure how to respond to this. Nothing automatically means anything. There are lots of contextual factors that affect decisions. Things that seem odd in one context are normal in another.
There are some articles out there on racial bias and shootings. Some of them look at large scale data from actual shootings others look at decisions to shoot in experimental settings.
