Where does the training include after an officer is shot and their ability to carry on or not, self-aid and others respond on the team in this same area? As I see it today, that’s the gap in training and as the statistics show, most officers will survive and could have a greater impact to the success of the response if their trained in advance to "fight thru" the injury/gun shots if physically able.

Hello - Do you have a list of US Active Shooter Events where LE was engaged upon arrival by the shooter (i.e., Nashville, Sikh Temple of Wisconsin, etc.)? - Thanks for the updated article, very informative.
